We need to get our hands on Aldi’s new bakeware range
There are some very enthusiastic bakers here at MagicMum, so when we spotted the new kitchen range coming into Aldi on 15th March, we immediately marked the date in our calendars. What we love most about this bakeware collection is that the pieces are the perfect blend of gorgeous design with modern technology that really simplifies the baking process. Our favourite piece from the whole collection is Aldi’s Classic Food Mixer (€39.99), which looks just as amazing as the far-more-expensive KitchenAid Stand Mixer. This multi-purpose mixer comes with a 4-litre auto-rotating stainless steel bowl and stainless steel dough hooks and beaters. It also has a turbo function and eject button with a built-in safety device. Another item we plan on investing in is the Measuring Jug Scales (€8.99), which comes in retro shades of red and green. With its 1-litre capacity, it can measure both liquids and solids, cutting down on the number of items you need to use (and wash) when baking. 
If you’re looking for some essentials to add your kit, the new Aldi range has some really useful items you should grab. The Stainless Steel Measuring Cups/Spoon (€2.49) come in a pack of 4 and are perfect for any non-metric recipes. If you’re planning on making pastry or using ready-roll icing, Aldi’s Rolling Pins (€6.99) are available in a number of different styles to suit any preference. If your kids love getting involved in baking projects, Aldi will also have Silicone Bakeware (€4.99) available; these non-stick moulds are perfect for little hands to remove cakes.
