This quick and easy Toblerone cheesecake is the IDEAL weekend dessert

This is one cake that will have both adults and kids frothing at the mouth.

Made with cream cheese, it’s set in the fridge so it’s ideal for summer time.

It’s pretty easy to make, too. Here’s how:

Ingredients:

1 cup biscuit crumbs (we recommend Digestives!)

½ cup castor sugar

¼ cup ground almonds

½ cup double cream

200g Toblerone chocolate (melted), plus 200g chocolate for shaving on top

70-80g melted butter

500g cream cheese

Method:

  1. Mix the biscuit crumbs, melted butter and almonds together until it looks fully combined. Press the mixture into the base of a lightly greased tin.
  2. Beat the cream cheese and sugar for a  few minutes using an electric mixer. Pour in the double cream, then beat in the melted chocolate until it’s well combined.
  3. Pour it into the tin on top of the biscuit crumb.
  4. Once that’s done, grate some Toblerone shavings over the top and pop it into the fridge. It will take a couple of hours for it to set, but once it’s ready, you’re good to serve!
