This mum's honest message about breastfeeding is inspiring
A new mum's recent Instagram post has been gaining quite a lot of attention, due to the honesty in her message with regards to breastfeeding.
Heyona Cho gave birth to her adorable son just 10 days ago, and has already shared her thoughts on the "harsh realities" of breastfeeding.
"The heartbreak you feel when your newborn cries and you don't have milk" reads the first line of the honest post, which is attached to an intimate picture of this new mum feeding her baby.

She continues describing the anguish of not being able to produce milk for her son, "never mind that the nipples are cracked and sore, baby's cries sound like ringing alarms inside my brain."
Heyona then asks herself some questions, that highlight the shame that is involved in not being able to breastfeed: "What the hell is in formula? Why does this stuff smell like rubber? Will my milk ever come in? Am I doing something wrong?"
Continuing on, Heyona has some advice for new mums that are struggling to feed their baby.
"Feel no guilt or shame as you continue into your journey of motherhood. Some things we just cannot control, and so, we will make the best choices that we know how" she writes.
