The cutest pictures of a boy and his dog are only made cuter by their adoption story

Is there anything better than cute puppy pictures? How about cute toddlers with puppies? Then look no further than Reagandoodle, the Instagram account dedicated to Reagan the Labradoodle and his Little Buddy.

Buddy and Reagan both met at the age of 11 months and have been inseparable ever since. The best friends do everything together from napping, to walks in the park, to playing dress up and getting up to all sorts of mischief! They even have matching outfits. Can’t. Even.

Reagan belongs to Sandi Swiridoff, whose daughter fostered little Buddy. The foster grandmother told Love What Matters that Reagan and Buddy’s friendship was instant.

“When Little Buddy and Reagan first met, they bonded instantly and have been besties ever since. They share everything together, from birthdays to food to naps. I started dressing them alike as a way to show their special bond. Their adorableness and powerful connection makes me (and a lot of other people) smile,” Sandi said.

Buddy has been with his foster parents for two years and they are currently in the process of adopting him. Since coming into their homes and hearts, the family have been using Reagan’s popular Instagram feed with over 20,000 followers to raise awareness for foster children and their families.

A nap is always a good idea, and napping with a friend is twice as nice.

Can’t get enough of the adorableness? The darling duo is releasing a calendar for 2018, with all proceeds going towards Foster Parent’s Night Out, a non-profit for foster families.

“I felt like it was a story that needed to be told, as well as the cute pictures. The good that they’ve been able to do for each other and for foster kids everywhere,” Sandi told NBC News.  She is also working on a book about the pair, again with all proceeds going to charity.

Dogs, toddlers AND doing good? Now this is a friendship we can really get behind.
