Science has spoken: big bums make you healthier and smarter

2016 has been the year of the big bum, with women like Kim Kardashian and Serena Williams paving the way for full figured ladies.

Well, the good news is, new research has shown that women with larger behinds are actually healthier… and SMARTER. 

Sceptical? We were too, so we looked into it!

According to the study women with bigger bums have lower cholesterol levels and metabolise sugar better.

The study explains that women's bodies are busy making hormones, which has excellent flow-on effects, decreasing the risk of heart problems and diabetes.

According to the Journal of Obesity, “It is the protective role of lower body, that is fat, that is striking. The protective properties of the lower-body fat depot have been confirmed in many studies conducted in subjects with a wide range of age, BMI and co-morbidities.”
