Peanut butter and banana ice cream

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • Water, if needed for blending
  • Salt, optional

Method:

  1. Break the frozen bananas into chunks and toss them into the blender.
  2. Add the peanut butter and a pinch of salt if you’re using unsalted peanut butter.
  3. Blend until the mixture has a soft and smooth consistency.
  4. If the bananas aren’t breaking down, add some water.
  5. Once you have a creamy mixture, serve immediately or transfer to a freeze-proof container for a firmer ice cream.
