Peanut butter and banana ice cream
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- Water, if needed for blending
- Salt, optional
Method:
- Break the frozen bananas into chunks and toss them into the blender.
- Add the peanut butter and a pinch of salt if you’re using unsalted peanut butter.
- Blend until the mixture has a soft and smooth consistency.
- If the bananas aren’t breaking down, add some water.
- Once you have a creamy mixture, serve immediately or transfer to a freeze-proof container for a firmer ice cream.
