Mum's pregnancy tip from her chiropractor is simple yet effective

Like seriously, we are left in complete awe most days when we realise the simplest tricks come to be the most effective. 

When pregnant we all find it difficult to sleep comfortably, especially coming towards our due date. 

And as always recommended, we purchase a pillow that we can put between our legs, or under our belly etcetera. 

However, one mum-to-be was still uncomfortable while using her specially designed pillow, explaining her aches and pains to the chiropractor. 

But the professional told her something which makes perfect sense, and we can't believe how effective it really is.
