Mum receives note from young stranger... and you’ll bawl when you read what was written on it

If you are after a feel-good story, you have definitely come to the right place!

Louise Sharp  was in Whitley Bay Town Centre,  North Tyneside with her daughter when she heard someone shout "excuse me" at her.

Assuming she was about to be told that she had dropped something, or be asked who her energy supplier is, Louise turned around.

However, she was surprised when, instead of a salesperson, a young girl called Cassidy, who was "around eight or nine", came up to her and gave her a gift.

"The young girl handed me a bunch of daffodils, a chocolate bunny and a note and said: 'These are for you',"explained Louise, who got in touch with MagicMum about her incredible story.

"Completely thrown I asked: 'Oh my goodness, why?'

"To which she replied: 'Because you're special, and people need to be told they're special. And we all need to be kind to each other. So these are off me and my Grandad'."

And the note will no doubt bring a tear to your eye:

"My Grandad and I love everyone so we love you.

Please be kind to others and they will be kind to you.

Tell someone you love them today.

Show them you love them today.

Like we love you today.

Grandad and Cassidy."

Not surprising, Louise was left "completely gobsmacked" and thanked Cassidy, who she told was "extremely kind and that makes her special too".

"This little girl made my day, if not my year, and I'll keep the note forever and look at it every time I feel I'm having a difficult day," Louise said to MagicMum

Inspired by the gesture, Louise, who volunteers for Radio Lollipop at the Great North Children's Hospital, paid the kindness forward and brought Easter eggs into the hospital to be handed out on Sunday.
