Lidl Ireland's Ski Range Is Coming and the Prices Are Brilliant
If your ski trip planning involves a lot of mental arithmetic about whether you can afford both the flights and not looking completely dreadful on the mountain, Lidl Ireland has just made that particular calculation a lot more manageable. The retailer’s 2026 ski collection is set to land in stores across Ireland from Thursday, 2nd November, and this year there’s an extra 10% off the entire range while stocks last.
We’re talking full ski jackets, softshell trousers, thermals, gloves, hats and socks — everything from the slopes to the après, essentially — all at the kind of prices that won’t make you quietly weep in the supermarket car park. The range starts from just €5.99, which, for context, is less than a large latte at the airport.
Kitting Out the Whole Family Without a Second Mortgage
Anyone who’s ever priced up a ski holiday for a family knows the real fear isn’t the black runs — it’s the specialist ski-wear shops. Lidl’s range cuts through all of that. For the men, the Men’s Ski Jacket (€29.99) is built to keep out the cold while allowing full movement, and pairs neatly with the waterproof Men’s Ski Trousers (€29.99). Underneath, the Adults Thermo Long-Sleeve Performance Shirt (€8.99) takes care of the base layer, and the Men’s Performance Ski Socks (€5.99) handle the rest.

For the ladies, the pink quilted Ladies’ Ski Jacket (€29.99) is genuinely lovely — the kind of thing you’d wear to the school run if you could get away with it — and it teams up with the sleek Ladies’ Softshell Ski Trousers (€19.99) for a put-together slope-ready look. The Ladies’ Ski Vest (€24.99) adds that extra insulation layer for when the mountain wind is doing its worst, and Ladies’ Performance Ski Socks (€5.99) complete the kit.

These ski trousers are a stylish slope-ready pick at €19.99.
The Bits You Always Forget Until You’re Already There
Ski gloves. Every. Single. Year. Either left in the boot of a car from two winters ago or priced at an eye-watering amount at some alpine resort shop because you forgot to pack them. The Adults Ski Gloves (€9.99) from Lidl’s range will sort that, and the Adult Knitted Hat (€5.99) is the kind of cosy bobble hat that works just as well at the GAA pitch on a bitter Saturday morning as it does on a mountain.

A cosy knitted bobble hat perfect for cold-weather outings.
When to Go — and What the 10% Off Means in Practice
The full range will be available in Lidl stores across Ireland from 2nd November, and with 10% off the entire ski collection, it’s worth getting in early before the good sizes disappear. If you’ve ever stood in a Lidl middle aisle and watched something you desperately wanted sell out in front of you, you’ll know the drill. These ranges don’t hang around.
