Kellogg's Tip & Sip Terms and Conditions

Unless stated otherwise within the text accompanying a competition, by entering a competition via MagicMum you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. The closing date for inclusion in the competition draw is 19th October 2014.
2. Images submitted must be tasteful in nature. Inappropriate images will be ineligible for inclusion in the competition and will not be displayed in listing pages. The Promoter’s decision on the nature of photos and their inclusion is final.
3. Competitions are open to all Irish residents other than employees and their immediate families of MagicMum, their agencies or anyone professionally connected to the competition. All entrants must be 18 years or over.
4. Only one entry is allowed per unique email address, unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
5. Incomplete, illegible or late entries will not be accepted.
6. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost or delayed in the course of transmission.
7. If a winner does not claim their prize within 28 days of being notified, they will forfeit the prize. In the event that a winner does not claim their prize within the specified time, another winner will be chosen in their place.
9. Employees of MagicMum and Kellogg’s and their families, and any third party included in this promotion are not eligible to enter this competition.
10. The winner will be notified by email.
11. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other equivalent.
12. The prize is a full set of Tip & Sip bowls. There will be five winners chosen who will each recieve a full set of Tip & Sip bowls.
13. Winners must agree to participate in any promotional activities that may be organised by MagicMum in connection with the competition without any further consent or payment.By entering, winners agree to have their entry and material generated as part of promotional activities used in promotional activities and hereby grant an unrestricted licence to MagicMum and Kellogg’s for such use.
14.MagicMum reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of an equivalent or greater value to that specified, should any part of the prize become unavailable.
15. MagicMum reserves the right to alter, amend or end any competition without prior notice in the event that circumstances make this unavoidable.
16. The prize suppliers own terms & conditions/restrictions may apply. All prizes are subject to availability.
17. The winning entry will be selected at random by MagicMum.
18. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence or communication will be entered into.
19. To maximum extent permitted by law, MagicMum and Kellogg’s is excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury that might occur to the winner resulting from his or her acceptance of the prize.
