Jools Oliver relaunches her vintage clothing line for kids
Mum-of-five Jools Oliver has relaunched her stunning children’s clothing line, Little Bird, and we’re absolutely in love with each and every piece!
Partnering up with popular retailer, Next, Jools has created a fabulous new collection full of darling pieces inspired by fashion from the 1970s and 1980s. From bright block colours to pretty floral patterns and slogan Ts, this line has everything your kids will need in a Spring/Summer wardrobe.
The gorgeous collection is available to shop right now from Next’s online store, with around 140 pieces to peruse.
If you’re seriously regretting not holding onto those iconic wardrobe staples from your own childhood — like those rainbow jeans or the multi-colored sweat suit — then now’s your chance to relive your childhood by dressing your kids up in these sweet, nostalgic pieces.
Being a mum-of-five, Jools, who's married to celebrity chef Jamie Oliver, knows all too well just how important durability is when picking out children's clothes, and has made that a key focus in this fabulous collection.
Speaking about this new range, Jools explained, “Little Bird has always been about nostalgic memories of my childhood, mainly inspired by the 1970s. Our new Little Bird collection at Next continues this concept, but we’re also bringing in a bit of an 80s vibe, recreating some of my favourite items from that time.”
“After spending so much time at home over the last year, I wanted this collection to be about adventure.”
“Seeking new ways to explore and play, even if that’s in the garden or close to home. I’ve tried to create easy-to-wear, comfortable pieces such as fun graphic tees, cosy towelling sweats and joggers that I hope will become your new favourites,” she added.
“Think bright and fun, full of imagination and curiosity.”
This bright and colourful unisex range is available for children as young as newborns all the way up to six-year-olds, at a price point which ranges between €7.50 to €37.
