GORGEOUS: Dad jumps for joy after epic baseball gender reveal

Nothing gets us quite as excited as a creative gender reveal, and we’re loving this latest baseball-themed delight.

Andriu Medina and his wife are expecting, and they decided to make the gender reveal of their little one extra exciting.

Surrounded by family and friends, they arranged a very special ‘batting’ reveal involving a baseball.

In the video, uploaded to YouTube this week, the mum-to-be steps up to pitch with what looks like a regular ball.

Unknown to us, however, there’s actually a secret hidden within the tough leather: chalk of pink or blue!

Excited dad Andriu steps up to pitch, and the video moves to slow-motion as he succeeds on his first try – and sends a cloud of brightly-coloured smoke up into the atmosphere.

As soon as he catches sight of the smoke (we’re not going to spoil the colour!), Andriu screams and drops the bat with joy, running to embrace his 'teammate'.

Needless to say, the celebrations ensue as the chalk fills the air around the Medinas’ loved ones.
