Dad follows Mum's instructions to 'put daughter to bed', and now everyone is cracking up

Mum Ashlie Williams tweeted a photo of her daughter fast asleep and snug in bed on Twitter recently – a typical everyday sight for parents. 

However, this picture is a little different, can you spot why?

Ashlie had asked her partner Aaron to put their two-year-old daughter, London, to bed after she had fallen asleep in her car seat, and he duly complied. 

However, little did Mum know that when she used the words 'just put her to bed', Aaron would take the words as literal as they sounded. 

When Ashlie went to check on her tot, she found her little girl asleep in bed – still in her car seat. 

Dad had placed the car seat on the pillows, with a blanket over the tot so she wouldn't be cold, and the internet is absolutely loving it!

Some have replied to say 'at least he covered her', while other mums are posting their own pictures of the time their partners had a small fail.
