Chocolate biscuit cake
- 115g butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 115g castor sugar
- 1 egg
- 12 – 15 biscuits broken biscuits
Method:
- Break biscuits with rolling pin.
- Melt butter & sugar together in a saucepan.
- Add the cocoa and mix well.
- Remove from heat and add the egg mixing quickly.
- Stir in the biscuits.
- Turn into a greased loaf tin and press down.
- Leave in fridge to set.
