Chicken chorizo with potatoes
- 6 chicken thighs
- Chorizo sausage, chopped
- Baby potatoes
- Salt and pepper to season
Method:
- Rub the chicken thighs with a small amount of oil and place on casserole dish.
- Add the chopped chorizo.
- Put in some baby potatoes and cut up the larger ones, if any.
- Cook at 190 °C for forty minutes.
- Remove from oven to mix around and cook for a further 30 minutes.
