Banana, blueberries and chia porridge is our favourite breakfast right now
This porridge recipe is so delicious and satisfying, we just can't get enough of it!
45g organic oats
150ml almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 banana, finely sliced
1/2 tbsp almond butter
1/2 tbsp mixed seeds
Mix the oats, the chia seeds and the cinnamon. Add the water and the almond milk and put in the microwave for about 2 to 3 minutes, until all the liquid has been absorbed.
Top with slices of banana, blueberries, almond butter and mixed seeds. Enjoy!
