A Father Ted ‘Lovely Girls Competition’ is taking place in Dublin!
“Doesn’t Mary have a lovely bottom?”
*whispers* “Careful there Ted, that might offend the girls.”
“Of course, they ALL have lovely bottoms.”
It’s mad to think it’s over 21 years since Father Ted hit our screens, but despite the passage of time it still remains an ultimate classic. If you’re anything like us you watch repeat after repeat and NEVER get tired of the antics from hapless Ted, space cadet Dougal, potty-mouthed (why do you think he drinks Toilet Duck?) Father Jack and of course the ‘Teamaster’ herself Mrs. Doyle.
Now we can wear our best floral frocks and take part in the Lovely Girls Competition in the Grafton Lounge in Dublin City!
The event, organised by Green Shoes Events, will feature a Father Ted quiz with themed rounds based on trivia from the show, prizes for the best dressed costume and of course, the fabulous Lovely Girls Competition.
The event will take place on Friday May 13th, with tickets just €345 for a table of five.
