Chocolate biscuit cake

biscuit cakeIngredients:

  • 115g butter
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 115g castor sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 12 – 15 biscuits broken biscuits

Method:

  1. Break biscuits with rolling pin.
  2. Melt butter & sugar together in a saucepan.
  3. Add the cocoa and mix well.
  4. Remove from heat and add the egg mixing quickly.
  5. Stir in the biscuits.
  6. Turn into a greased loaf tin and press down.
  7. Leave in fridge to set.
