Chicken chorizo with potatoes

spanish Chicken with Chorizo and PotatoesIngredients:

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • Chorizo sausage, chopped
  • Baby potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to season

Method:

  1. Rub the chicken thighs with a small amount of oil and place on casserole dish.
  2. Add the chopped chorizo.
  3. Put in some baby potatoes and cut up the larger ones, if any.
  4. Cook at 190 °C for forty minutes.
  5. Remove from oven to mix around and cook for a further 30 minutes.
