9 (weird) things we ALL do when toilet training our little one

Toilet training can be a stressful and weird time, let's be honest.

As we rejoice in our kid's bladder control and celebrate poo in a plastic bucket, we can find ourselves saying and doing some pretty strange things we swore we never would.

From making up songs to dealing with way too much poo, mums are guaranteed to relate to the following nine things:

1. Say "time for wee-wees" way too many times

2. Contemplate putting a nappy on them to make lunch with the girls SO much easier

3. Tell everyone you've spent the morning wiping poo off the wall

4. Google 'foods to get things moving'

5. Put a spare potty in the car… just in case like

6. Get excited by wee in a plastic bowl (and send a photo to your other half)

7. Let your toddler run free and naked in the garden – saves on the washing

8. Make up a song about weeing that you CONSTANTLY sing. To everyone.

9. Convince yourself it will only take two weeks. At the most.
