40-year-olds can go to Dublin Zoo for FREE tomorrow

Visiting the zoo has been a well-loved family tradition in Ireland for so long. There’s something so enjoyable about exploring the zoo with your nearest and dearest, even during the winter months.

Bundle up in your cosiest coat, your snuggliest scarf and toastiest hat this November and head along to Dublin Zoo for a very special occasion.

Sibu, Dublin Zoo’s beloved Bornean orangutan, is turning 40. To celebrate this milestone birthday, Dublin Zoo is offering FREE admission to all 40-year-olds, and half price kids entry, on Saturday, November 24.

Members of the public who were born in 1978 are invited to bring along the family to celebrate with Sibu, as well as enjoying an afternoon of arts and crafts, an extra special keeper talk and orangutan games.
