Desperately sad news this evening as Peaches Geldof is found dead

Shocking news this evening as it has been announced that 25-year-old Peaches was found dead at her home in Kent this afternoon. Details are yet to be confirmed although it has been reported that foul play is not suspected.

Peaches, daughter of Bob Geldof and Paula Yates, updated her instagram account with an image of herself and her late mum just yesterday.

A statement has been released by her dad, Bob Geldof to say the family are ‘beyond pain’ and went on to say how ‘she was the wildest, funniest, cleverest, wittiest and the most bonkers of all of us. Writing ‘was’ destroys me afresh. What a beautiful child. How is this possible that we will not see her again. How is that bearable’.

Her husband, Tom also released a statement to say ‘my beloved wife peaches was adored by myself and her two sons Astala and Phaedra and I shall bring them up with their mother in their hearts every day. We shall love her forever’
