Are they a company that are supposed to help with debt resolution? If so they often charge a large fee & I would only deal with mabs in that situation. Try ask about money for more info maybe

No mummy of three angels aparently they promise to get the banks to clear off clients negative equity, and any other debts cleared because the banks owe it due to the bail out they got..............

And as the old saying goes if it looks too good to be true it is! Banks aren't clearing off negative equity just like that or other debts. I do a lot of work in this area and I would second MABS as a first stop and then maybe someone like IMHO and David Hall, I think his organisation is the best chance of getting anything written off in a deserving case. MABS will help with setting up payment plans and negotiating etc but don't really get stuff written off in general. New Beginnings might be an option too.

I presume it is not a free service they are getting?

Don't know how much they are paying but i know they paid a once off lumpsum and a little every month. Seems too good to be true and if it was the case I'm sure everyone would know about it?
This place has many customers, don't know how people can live with themselves conning vonerable people like that!

Don't worry, Boards is very heavily moderated and they lock threads all the time.
