I think I have to pay 8.5% of their wage as PRSI.
Are there any other costs involved?

Also if the employee is not from the EU and are there on a student visa am I entitled to employ them for 36 hrs per week?
What does the PRSI do for them exactly, for example will they be entitled to maternity benefit?

TIA for any advice.

I think student visas only allow someone to work 20 hours per week.
