Sister in Australia by Webtext before viber and whatsapp came out.

You can and if you've a smartphone you can download the cabbage app which uses your webtexts.

You can with Tesco, their €10pm allows 200 national webtexts and 50 international webtexts.

I only discovered meteor webtext last week, am not a fancy phone person, mine cost €25 and doesn't even have a camera and I hate trying to text, the webtext is fantastic, I can just type normally, I love it!
