Pow! We're SO inspired by this mum's 'at home with the kids' workouts

We all know how hard it is to work out when you’ve kids right? Finding the time to exercise can really slide down our list of priorities with all the stuff we have to do to ensure the house doesn’t basically fall down around us.

But one fit-mad mum has shown it’s possible to incorporate exercise into your day when at home with the kids – and we have to say, we’re a bit inspired by the whole idea.

Melanie Darnell posts these ‘mommy/baby’ workouts on her Instagram page fitmomma4two, showing what can be achieved by using what’s around you to challenge your body.

While we're pretty sure we won't be anywhere near as graceful as Melanie, after watching her vids we're definitely up for giving a mommy/baby workout a go!
