Ten-year-old girl wins a school election by RAPPING her speech

Ten-year-old Eva Laing recently entered the running to become her school captain, and faced a gruelling campaign trail.

As part of the election, Eva was to make a speech to her entire school, including the staff.

Taking a different approach, young Eva wrote a rap song, which she performed in front of her teachers and friends.

"My name is Eva, I'm a quiet achiever / you need to vote for me so I can be a school leader," she says in the beginning of her amazing song.

She continues to explain why she should win the election, rapping the lyrics: "I'm a pretty good speller, if you know what I mean, and I know for sure there's no 'I' in team, we need to work together to realise our dream, to make Brightwater the best it's ever been."

The video was originally captured by Eva's proud father, and it has been viewed more than 20,000 times.

OBVIOUSLY, Eva was victorious in the election, and is now the 2017 girl school captain.

Move over Mr Trump… Eva for president.
