Prince William shares his excitement as royal baby's due date is revealed
It is an incredibly exciting time for Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge, as their due date for their second child fast approaches.
With Kate Middleton making her final royal appearance ahead of her baby’s birth yesterday, the couple’s joy was tangible.
This was particularly the case for dad-to-be William, who couldn’t help but gush about baby number two’s arrival.
Indeed, the Prince is reported to have told awaiting members of the crowds at London’s Christ Church that he “couldn’t wait” for his bundle of joy to be here, adding that their second child will be a “game-changer”.
He won’t have to wait too long more either, with the Duchess’ precise due date released today. While the couple have previously mentioned mid- to late April, it emerged today that April 25th is scheduled as the big day.
Needless to say, Kate was looking as beautiful as ever as she stepped out for her final official engagement before the birth.
Many believed that she was making somewhat of a statement about her unborn child’s gender, dressed in a bright pink Mulberry coat.
So, was this a not-so-subtle hint that they are expecting a princess? We’ll just have to wait and find out!
