Hi,

my dd will be entitled to the free year of playschool from sept 2013. I'm thinking of sending her 2 days a week from this Sept, as I really think she'll be able for it.

I was quoted €130 for 2 mornings a week, per month. Is this what everyone else is paying?

(trying to justify the extra amount on top of childcare :lookround: )

Thanks!

I paid €120 per month for 2 mornings for DS in 2010, it worked out at €14 per session.

If there's a community creche in your area, they might well be cheaper, definitely worth checking out. If I get DD a place for next year, we'll be paying €12.00 per session.

I'm paying €15 per morning for DD's playschool. She's there for 3 hours, 9-12 and goes 2 days a week.

thanks for the replies. I wonder should I ask to pay on a per day basis - would definitely work out cheaper for me.

Thanks again!

its 10 euro per session at dd2 playschool and you only pay for the sessions you booked. I.e two mornings is 20 euro but is 20 euro regardless of whether you attend or not.
