H there you sporty ladies,

I'm trying to come up with solutions for shorter workouts. As it is I'm doing 2-3 times fairly high intensity workouts at the gym every week but I'd like to cut this back as I'm finding I just can't squeeze it in these days... so does anyone know of any high intensity workouts I could download from a website that I could follow at home? I've sifted through loads already but am coming up with lots of, well, waffle and bs really.

I just need something motivating and not too long (20 to 30mins, high intensity).

Anyone?

Thanks for reading,
JB

The ones I know of you have to pay for. Www.momsintofitness.com with Lindsay Brin or www.cathe.com with Cathe Friedrich who will completely kick your ass! Both have clips online that can be viewed first before buying.
