Thanks Daphne :-) I'm the kind that only loses weight after I stop feeding which I did completely two weeks ago and is my biggest regret but that's another story.
Ran late and had to go to MacDonalds on the way. Your one was sniggering when I asked for a big Mac meal with water little does she know a soft drink can tip you over the edge calorie wise!
Hate hate MacDonalds though what a waste!

Only messing. :-)
Two lbs is great going - lets see what we can lose this week and wreck Karl's head with all the alterations he'll have to do!
(m&m and I have bought our dresses in the same shop and are getting married the same week!)

We may have to change the name after the 7 weeks,to represent better our discussion - but we will keep it going until there is interest I think.

Very very sore back so was thinking period was coming and sure enough after getting bombed on two glasses of wine it's here... THANK GOD! the first since I had baby. I guarantee i'll lose a few pounds next week now my system is officially back to normal!
Enjoy your venison sausage casserole !

Oh Dear, I can't beleive how bad I was.

And for the future (talking to myself) eating allot of rubish and drinking does not help PMS at all! Still no sign of AF.

Back on track today - so I better go get myself lunch ready. Will go to the office for few hours - I will get full day for this so I don't mind.

1 hours walk - spinach & feta salad for lunch

Lunch - baby spinach, chicken, feta and tomatoes radish cucumber salad - 410 cal. It was BIG!
afternoon snack - cut up mangoes, natural activia, manuka honey - 300 calories
snack two baby tomatoes - 45 calorie

Dinner will be aisan turkey stir fry in lettuce wraps - it cames at 400 calories for two plates!
And latter on I may get bit of steamed broken jasmine rice with soy souce, this will add up to 13360 calories (small portion).

I got the manuka from M&S, I have to say it's the nicest I have come accross -really tasty!

2 hours walk

Another lovely long walk today with baby in his sling in the woods and had a vegetarian lasagne - also awful! If you ever go to Glendalough never get lasagne in either of the main restaurants!!

Back to shred tomorrow fingers crossed baby sleeps tonight!

Had a great weekend with kids and family - but an absolute write-off in terms of eating and exercise.

Back on the wagon tomorrow!

my pms was really bad this month too. I think it was the worse ever.

Went out for drinks (one glass of wine) after work, politicly correct to go but really didn't felt like doing it. Can't drink hungry so I had 2 netarine and M&S sandwich before this.

Dh made dinner - chicken, potatoe and veg.

calories for the day 1700.

My pms used to be so bad I had to go on anti depressants. Hopefully that will never come back turned into a complete psycho one a month! I was fairly bad mood wise and pain wise at the weekend but I suppose your first after a baby is bound to be bad  I even cried at don't tell the bride

Had beef stew with only a small bit of beef and two small potatoes and egg and toast for breakfast. Did my shred today with small baby laughing a his mum huffing and puffing

Zero motivation!

I have 2 more pounds to go but my heart is just not into being good and there seem to be events all the time – like last night or Friday I am going on b-day party and with bit over 2 weeks to holiday - I feel like announcing holiday season and ditch the diet already

But…. I won’t.

Having salad with me today, will go home on time and make sure I do my spinach pie and large pot of minestrone.

Sometimes being ‘good’ seriously sucks!

Hours walk done this morning

i hear ye girls on the pms and on the being good all the time.
my dad made a cake for myself and my mum for mother's day. it is still hanging round the house. they bring tons of buns, choc, sweets etc up when they visit. i seem to be picking at it all last 2 days... argh!
hurt my back yesterday lifting ds who is nearly 7, he fell over his ankle and is limping around! so i don't feel like going for a walk but i;ll manage 30 mins up to tesco. i'm painting out the back too so that should help. window sills, decking etc

anyway we'll all be fine. alien i always say if i lose the 1 or 2 lbs will i look any different, i really don't think so..

porridge AND toast for breakfast
