You know the more time you spend cleaning, the more of a mess the kids will create. Just cleaning up after dinner after spending sunny afternoon washing skirting boards, mopping ang hoovering, when DS2 announces DS3 has a poo. What he neglected to tell me was it had fallen out of the nappy and they had both trodden it into the carpet arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Just spent last half hours sniffing the carpets and scrubbing suspicious brown stains
:bomb:

On a serious note though. Would you mind yourself woman.
You've only just had a baby.. you dont need to be killing yourself washing skirting boards etc etc
Its never worth it!
The next time the urge is upon you, sit down and have a cup of tea instead! :bigups:

Just making up for all the lost (messy) years! House still looks like crap, but better than it ever has, so that's a start.

LOL @ Skelly- its an illusion :euro: :shocking: I rarely bake, and the skirting boards backed away in fear at finally seeing a cloth after all these years!!

I totaly empatise with you we had nappyincident where a mega busting full urine filled nappy was whipped of one[ morning sickness filled ]morning about two months ago by my beautifull clever and very funny 2 year old ,he proceeded to swing said nappy at verocious speed over his head in the center of my bed room.
where it exploded into a billion peices all over bed ,walls cream carpet ,skirting boatds .ahummm top of wardrobe and onto the glass of the tv .oh did i mention how hard the friggin stuff is to sweep of a carpet and the smell while suffering from morning sickness is just too much .

So I commiserate totaly . :)

No, you win, Babe no4! Those gel crystals are a complete nightmare to clean up.

Though DS1 barfing on DS2's head from bunk bed a couple of weeks ago was pretty grim too.

I'm with you babog
On the poo talk, DD2 had a tummy bug at the weekend, and just couldn't get to the toilet on time. I didn't realize that was why she was calling me, so told her she would have to wait or come into me as I was feeding DD3. She firstly tried to clean it up herself, then came to find me and basically walk through every room in the house before she found me. I was in my bedroom (the monitor was on she couldn't work out where i was talking to her from)
I had to strip her and put her in the bath, then I had to wash every floor in the house twice, and still 3 days later I am sure there is a smell of poo.
I'd like to know what small print this was in, cause if I'd have know about this I'd have never signed up.
