Would have been really popular with guys my age (38) in the US - for whatever reason, the J names were big: Justin, Jeremy, Josh, Jason... It never really registered with my one way or another. Not bad, but I wouldn't use it myself.

I had a mate growing up with that name so no, not for me. Never thought of the Bieber connection either but did think of Mr tumble!
