Dark, wet, miserable - I'm on the Carlow/Laois border.

The snow last year started on the 28/29 November - I want it to hold off a couple of weeks longer this year please.

No.

In fact it's going to stay rather mild. No breaking down this high pressure over Europe. Keeping things really mild next week here.

This week last year lots of areas of Munster were flooded. :wow: Our town was badly hit. They were talking floods for Munster again in the next day or so but I think that has been revised now and we're just getting heavy rain and winds.

It's nasty here (near Drogheda) too, howling wind and lashing rain. But I've a blazing fire and some candles lit, a crappy Christmas film on, a cosy blanket over me, a Mitten-scarf (Mittens the cat is on my neck) and I'm going to do some online Christmas shopping now :xmas:

I love winter :inlove:

Raining and extremely windy here in South Dub, all my wheelie bins have blown over and it keeps lifting the letter box which is driving the kids nuts because they keep going out to see who is there!

It is wet and windy but not cold which is great because we have barely had our heating on at all except for an half hour in the morning.

Yes. Sure. I'll make some for you. Do you want it delivered? Or perhaps I can recommend a place where you can go to find this snow? :D
