hey folks my little man will be 7 months this thursday. i would like to start him on some finger food . I sit too early or should i wait a bit. If not what can i start with

My little man is nearly 6months and loves baby rice cakes also butter toast anything that will break up in the mouth.

thanks dani am nervous of him choking. have a 6 year old at home and cant remeber when i did it with her.
