I want to start DD on eggs this week but am not sure how to cook them, scrambled/hard boiled/another way? Any suggestions please.

I started with scrambled. I think he was over a year before I gave him boiled or fried!
Oh and I scrambled in the microwave with some milk, no butter. Actually dont think he has ever tasted butter!

Boiled for 5 minutes and then mashed with a fork with some real butter.

6 months for eggs, a year for honey.

My PHN nurse gave me a booklet published by the HSE about weaning & it says in it that well cooked eggs can be given to LO's at 6 months as part of the 2nd stage weaning, we started weaning DD at 18 weeks corrected (she was premature) so she's on 2nd stage weaning now.

Scrambled with milk & butter or in an omelette with grated cheese and cut into strips.
