I mean actual pain. I had one earlier and it was fine, well uncomfortable but fine. Had a bit of blood after wiping but I'm very sore. Never experienced that before is it normal?

I only had one where I was sore and they had taken a saample of groth they saw for biopsy ,was it just norm one or did they tell you they took extra cell sample xx

She didn't say anything about seeing anything.

only you said it was a female doc/nurse who took it i'd be wondering if you got yours done by same doc who did mine yest.
you'd swear he was digging for oil he was prodding and poking for so long. Apparently my cervix was 'very hard to find'

No she was ok. It was the nurse. She just did her thing and that was it. Apart from her saying bum up and her hands were cold that was it. She took her brush and took her sample

I would leave a few days and if it get worse or you bleed then I would ring them you dont have thev coil in by chance it wouldnt have shifted .xx hope you feel better

I had one yesterday and apart from a bit of spotting today I am fine. After my previous one 6 months ago I was very tender because my cervix was hard to find and she was poking about a bit. You should be fine in a day or two.
