How do you store yours, presuming you have any leftover?

Also, if I make a load of different types of bread rolls, and I want to store them in the freezer before using for school lunches, can I just slice them, butter them and freeze them (which I think is what my sister used to do, although hers weren't always homemade) or would you freeze them raw, and give them a whack in the oven in the morning before school?

Hi,

I have a special bag that I bought years ago - that lets the bread breathe but keeps it fresh, Think i bought it on lakeland yonks ago.

Yes - I slice rolls, butter them, add ham and freeze them individually - thats all I have tried though - usually I freeze them sliced and take them out of the freezer at dinner time and they are normally thawed by the time i get around to making lunch
