I absolutely hate fish,always have,since I was about 11 years old.

Anyway,I have decided to be a grown up and try some Hake as I have been told its not a very strong tasting fish.

How do you cook yours?

Cut it into big chunks. Peel and thinly slice potatoes and put the hake, potates and one or two whole cloves of garlic into a pyrex dish. Add enough diluted tomato passata (e.g 1 cup passata to 1/3 cup of water) to cover all the potatoes and fish, add salt and pepper and some parsley and pop in the oven (approx 180c) and cook.
