thanks skelly1..yeah i don't use the extra calories either, just meant that they were extra onto the 1900 but i still only use about 1300 daily..must try and up the intake this week and see if it makes a difference

i now have this on my phone - hooray. i notice someone said they do the shred. i can't find this on the exercise database. how many calories do you add in for this.
i love MFP - i've reached my goal target so am maintaining but it's so good to keep a track on what i'm eating including fat, sugar, salt etc

For the shred people seem to put in circuit training for 22 minutes or whatever it is for warm-up and the 3 circuits. For me it usually comes out at 180-odd calories but that will depend on your current weight.
