Just did a half assed L2. Really wasn't able for it. Think it's the heat. Pulled a muscle in the back of my thigh. Moan moan!

Day 2 L1 done. Thought I'd pass out with the heat. I really am so unfit. Don't know if my knees will hold up to this either. the push ups are killing them as I have to do the modified version as I'm not strong enough to do the proper ones.

ok i only did level 2 twice this week, will get a third in tomorrow and hopefully an evening walk when ds goes to his dads. i have 35 days to lose this jelly middle, i can feel the 6 pack forming underneath it!!!
find level 2 more stimulating! will alternate with 1 as it seems to target different muscle groups? The final ab section in a plank are a killer!!!

Start of the week here so while my energy levels are slightly higher I decided to do level 2, even though I only did 4 days on level 1. It is probably better for me as I have to work harder. It' quite a shoulder heavy work out so need to watch out for that, have an old shoulder injury.
So L2 D1 done

During one of the lunges in level one strength today I got a sudden sharp click, sounded like a twist in my upper front left of hip. The pain...
Anyone know what I've done and what I could do to remedy it? I was able to continue but not in any sort of lunge on that leg....
Doh

Moto came to my rescue! Will need to test it but luckily my legs are not a problem, so I can work away on abs and upper body strength which are my hardest =weakest.

Level 1 day 4 done this evening with DD copying me, shes 3 and shes a crazy girl

Delighted I did it and its getting easier, so easy that I might try level 2 :Jumpy:

The only part I don't like is the end sit ups, the one where you go one side then the other...my coordination is a bit haphazard there

But I am really getting into this. Does it tone your arms? Thats my big question....

+ 1 to all that!!! Except I did Level one day 3 yesterday and took a break today (it's Sunday after all!!).

That end sit up is impossible for me! I actually had no coordination at all doing it! DD aged 2.5 sat on my tummy for some of them so I guess I'm working VERY hard!!

Do you find doing the jumping jacks at the start hard to finish, but by the end, they're much easier to do?

I actually find the jumping jacks ok. I don't mind them though I do find them easier every time I do the shred.

I fell off the wagon the last few days with the communion but I hope to get started again tomorrow. Well done everyone who is keeping it up.

I've just finished D3 L1. When can I start walking around in a bikini...

I will keep with it, but am hoping I'll see results.
Like someone asked, will it tone my arms?

DF, I felt like giving up today. Was awake early and thought about not bothering but I made myself get up and glad I did. Did L2, lost count of days. Have my aunts birthday party in two weeks so want to lose weight for that.

The areas I want to tone are my tummy, thighs and upper arms. I would have thought my arms would be toning up by now but they don't seem to be getting any leaner?

just did a total body conditioning class which I guess equals an hour of shred. lots of square, lunges, planks etc and some cardio. Don't think I will manage to shred on top of that. Feel a bit guilty about it, but if there is a class in I can attend I prefer to do that instead of working out alone. Did pilates last night as well. Am seeing no change in the area I want, I.e tummy all under belly button, have a real spare tyre :-( . Can't add in much more exercise, am now doing 3 classes a week and shred one or 2 days.

Yeh, I want to tone arms so badly, so I can wear vest tops without the bingo wings. And my belly is like jelly. I hope it works I really do, though I've a long way to go. If I started noticing changes it would spur me on, so anyone who has positive stories, post them up, inspire us!!
