I find If I don't do it in the morning I wont do, that's why I have said I will do it 3 times a week. sun and mon I get up at 6 dress in work out gear drop kids to school and home just after 8 so I do it then. tue is my first day at work so I can usaully squeeze it in thipough tomorrow will be difficult as we have a party from 3.30 to 5. 30 then mad panic for showers dinner and bed. Wed is my killer class so def no shred and thurs we have somethingnon in the evening so that's the week here gone. Will take me ages to get through it at this stage. finding level 1 easy enough so should prob move to level 2 and just do it a bit longer though I dread it :-)

Jaysus.......

I'm back on the wagon now. Went back to L1 tonight and it nearly killed me. Thought all the walking I'd done on hols had kept me fit enough but obviously not. My thigh muscles are aching.

I'm the same, if I don't do it first thing in the morning, it's highly unlikely I'll do it during the day/evening. Need to get it over and done with.

Tried level 2 with 2 k weights today. I'd had a poorly weekend and boy did it nearly kill me. I can't stand anything with press ups position, so it's bloody tough. My upper body must be so weak. Will keep at it.

Didn't get ant exercise today but will get up early in the morning to do dvd and walk. I'm also not weighing myself because if I see I'm up it will totally put me off. Even though my jeans are fitting better my scales aren't showing a loss so I'm hiding them until after the hols. Everyone's doing great  keep it up girlies

Ladies, can I join in with you. My shred arrived today, didn't have the chance to get weights so used 2 tins of beans. I've been doing zumba for the last 6 weeks and using mfp for 8 months and have lost 23llbs so looking to tone.

Completed day 1 level 1 tonight, I wasn't sweating buckets but as I'm typing now all my muscles are aching. can't see myself getting up in the mornings to do it so it will have to be the evening as I work full time. Going on hols in mid June so hoping to tone a little by then.

Good luck everyone, roll on the shredding!!!!!!!!!1

I forgot I had no weights, so will start in the morning after I pick up some today at lunchtime.

Am a bit frightened now I see Chyna Blue almost fainted doing it. EEK!

I was kind of stiff when I got up this morning and my hip was sore - I was thinking how on earth I'd go downstairs and jusmp straight into it, but I was ok after a couple of minutes moving about. Must be getting old!

I had to skip Sunday's work-out - my back was really sore & my knees were killing me. I find L2 really hard on my knees for some reason. So I went back to L1 and did the advanced version. I think I will alternate L1 & L2 for a while, to give my knees a chance to recover.

Same here. I find the pushups really hard, I only drop an inch or two.

L2D2 done but its definitely significantly harder than level1 and harder on the knees but nothing in comparison to Level 3, I just cannot do level 3 at all as I had an op on my knee a few years ago and its just too much impact.

I have bad knees (an inherited trait unfortunetly) and a back injury (horse stood on it!) and I find L3 very hard on both. I just know my limits and do the modified plank exercises.

Up at .5.50 for work, home just after half 2 and then kids had a pool party from 3.30 to 5.30, then home showers dinner and bed plus get ready for Tom. finally sitting down now at 8.15. Will take me a long time to get through it at this rate. exercise class Tom night and out on thurs and fri evening so tat will only make 2 shreds this week :-(

Day2 Level 1 done. I was in so much pain in my arms and thighs all day. Was like an old woman sitting down at work and even worse now. i remember someone saying this is good as my muscles are tearing. They are definitely being shredded alright :wow: Thought I would die half way through but will keep going at it now. Thinking of my hols in 3.5 weeks and looking like a supermodel :onfire:  Well done everyone for moving onto higher levels. Am ready to vomit at the thought of it lol

First day done. Onwards and upwards. Didn't find it too bad except press ups, can never do those. Will be sore I think though, these muscles haven't been used in some time
