I was up too - 1lb so now 3lbs away from my 1 stone award. Feeling Crap too - must be getting the bug that the kids had last week... stomach very crampy.

Going to write everything down for the next week and be very strict with the 1/3 superfree with each meal.

Was down 1 and a half lbs, can't believe it as wasn't really sticking to the plan. I was wearing different shoes than usual though and have a sneaking suspicion they might have something to do with it! And have ate all round me yesterday too so not off to a good start for this week either. Ah well, I'll just start again today and hope for the best. Well done to all of you with losses.

Ladies, I am having such a crap week. Finding it so hard to be motivated this week... Am thinking of going to the new members chat again on Thursday night in the hope that it will re-energise me again. I have been so out of routine this week and have been eating junk all week.. Everyday I wake up with great intentions and by evening it has gone pear shaped.. At a course today so all food prepared for me in the hotel where we were doing the course so not a good day.

Weigh in on Thursday so will try my best till then. Will listen to the new member chat and hopefully get motivated for next week.

Hi all, I did post on here I think around February but have had loads on so haven't been on much. I have however stuck with SW and last night I hit my 1 1/2 stone award. I'm so pleased with myself. I still have a long way to go (another 4 1/2 stone) but it's going in the right direction

hmm, i have been thinking lately about my slimming world journey and how of late i am not losing much and feeling so disheartened.

Originally i gave myself 2012 to lose 3 stone which is my initial goal (3.5stone being my final goal). But i think i have gotten so caught up in how easy and well it was all going on SW that my 2012 goal became a june 2012 goal, and as i see it slip further away i am finding i am getting disheartened.
I seriously need a good dose of cop on. Since 11th january i have lost 2stone 4.5lb which is amazing and which i didnt think i could do, but i am getting caught up on not being down a further 9.5lbs. Insane since i have achieved in 4 months what i expected would take 9 months at least.
writing this down is my acceptance that i have been focusing on trying to meet my goal quickly rather than celebrating that i am well on my way to my goal.
No more giving out about only a half pound loss, and more focusing on sticking to plan and enjoying the new me.
My body shape is such that i havent seen as big a difference in clothes size as i would like, but there is a difference and thats great.

Heres to achieving what i set out to in 2012- whenever it happens.

Deise, are yvou sticking to the same foods each week? I know someone in my group was sts each week and it was because she stuck to the same foods, once she varied it up a bit more she started losing again.
Lots of grapefruit and berries as a snack. Homemade soup packed with superfree veg, i cook the bacon fillets from aldi and slice them to snack on in the evenings as i love having a savoury snack.
Lots of water, i find i drink a glass or two before bed and it helps.

Stick with it. I have only lost very little in the last 4 weeks as i havent been doing as good as i should have.

Mcmini, well done of the 0.5lb. How is the 30day shred going? I am thinking about doing it myself.

MuminNeed, wow 4.5lb. Thats brilliant.

Gill105, well done on the 1.5 stone award.

Deise, at least you didnt gain. You are probably loosing inches now with all the exercise. Our consultant told us that if you up the exercise, your body retains fluids to keep your body hydrated while exercising.

I lost 0.5lb this week. Would really have loved a bit more but I did have 2 nights out at the weekend so I suppose I cannot complain. Aiming for a good weight loss this week.

Managed to loose the 1lb I gained last week - so back to 12lb loss in total. My goal for next week is to have my 1stone off - so a loss of 2lbs.

I know it is do-able so will stick rigidly to the plan and weather permitting will try to get a couple of walks in for the week. Am at a work meeting on Wed of next week so will have to watch what I eat that day as we will be in a hotel with probably tea & scones at morning and afternoon break with Lunch in the middle of the day

Must be the week for it - I was the same, lost what I put on last week. Going good so far today - 100% on plan... But it is only lunchtime on Day 1 of the week :sarcasm:

I feel your pain - I was so p*ssed off last week with my gain.. Try to get motivated again and really stick with it this week. I find I do better on the weeks that I stick to free food rather than SynFree - example is HM Soup for lunch (which is free) rather than a Mugshot (which is synfree)

Also try to get in lots of the SuperSpeed foods too - they seem to help

Fingers crossed for you Mcmini. It's horrible the way totm plays with the scales and our eating habits.

I was really pissed off last Wed/Thur but got over myself again. Didn't really break out, just exercised with more gusto than normal I was so pissed at the scales.

Will be within a hairs breath of quitting if I don't lose something this week. On another note though, the scales may not have moved but my clothes really feel like they're falling on me better, especially around the waist.

I was down 4lbs last night, I was so disheartened last week at sts but it has caught up with me now... I only have 2.5 lbs to go for my 2stone award... I will have it for my Birthday in June !!!!!

Keep up all the hard work ladies we are getting there, I deffo echo what the others are saying about varying the diet it seems to be working for me.. I was very static there for a while until I changed it a bit
