My skin has become ridiculously dry since I had mybaby 4 weeks ago. It's particularly bad around my tummy, legs and hips where it is peeling and literally flaking off. I have tried exfoliating and moisturising but not making any difference. I googled it and it said that this happens sometimes after pregnancy when the hormones are all trying to balance themselves out. Some women had dry flaky skin for many months. Just wondering if this happened to any of you andif so, what helped?

Have you any bio oil? My face has gotten so so dry in the last 2 weeks I've been putting bio oil under my usual moisturiser and it's helped. I put bio oil on tummy and hips still everywhere except over the scar so haven't gotten dry skin there, also noticed my shins and backs of my arms got very very dry but now I can stretch to moisturise they are getting better.
