Well done Facebook.

Thanks for coming back on where to get cheese. Had some Hodgkin suasages, they were low points, ok but a bit salty

Finding it so hard to stay on plan this week, all I can think of is eating junk. The kids and DH have been sick, the baby is feeding loads, I am wrecked from the all. It's so hard when they are sick. Going to London on Thursday and really wanted to be down 7 pounds by then..so far have lost 5 but not too hopeful I will get there.

I was 3 down this week- delighted to have nearly undone the damage of the previous 3 weeks! Have a funeral tomorrow and a communion on Saturday so need to stay away from the buffets and I'll be grand :lookround:

Good luck to anyone else weighing today

Well done to Alocin, Daisy and Casper.
Slow but steady wins the race, as they say.

Down 2.5lbs myself so am well pleased with that. Particularly as my idea to starve myself on Sunday so I could eat popcorn didn't really work and I was weak with the hunger by 7pm. So I tried to have healthy filling stuff.. brown bread with banana etc. And I had the popcorn, and lovely it was too.
Am being very active lately, trying to train for the mini-marathon so that all plays a role too as I don't use the activity points.

I agree, found it much easier to lose on the old points plan but I do love being a bit "free-er" now with the fruit and the extra 49.

to be honest the other one was a lot quicker but i never stuck to it for long - i would loose a stone and put it back on with extra pounds to boot

i feel more in control - this is finally becoming a lifestyle and not a diet - i type that with everything crossed - still pray i don't go back to the old way - i do not think that when i am x stone i will be able to "eat normally" again - i know that this is it and i like it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :bigups: i think????????????

Yes it is a bit easier to keep too with the fruit and vege being free, only thing I don't like is eating fat free/sugar free type things as i always feel they are full of chemicals, so when I loose the weight I plan on going back to full fat/sugared foods, all in moderation of course!

I only used 22pps yesterday for some reason, I was late having my breakfast, lunch and dinner and after dinner I was stuffed, it was about 8pm and went to bed at 9 with the kids, so I didn't feel like having anything else :wow: long may that last

I don't use anything sugar free.. hate the chemicals too. I just don't eat that kind of stuff when losing weight. I have xylitol on my porridge but that's a natural sweetener.
I use skimmed milk and low fat spread and don't see any major problem with either of them.

Hi All

I have been reading all your weight loss success so far and it is really encouraging.

I start Weightwatchers at work on April 17th and since my weigh in class on Tuesday I am down 1 stone  I have about another 2.5 stone to go though

I really feel that weight watchers is the way to go. I have tried all kinds of diets in the past but this time with WW I feel its working without being restricted. I love all the zero fruit and veg and bulk everything up with that.

Just wanted to say hello, introduce myself and hope to be loosing more and more with you all each week. Really motivated....

Good Luck Everyone !!!!!!!!

I'm going on Monday! Am I mad to bring the WW stuff with me? :lookround: I think if I don't have the right stuff around me I'll go off track big time.

I'm doing spinning once a week and and walking an hour a day, 4 days which is about 5-6km each time, hoping to start doing spinning twice a week when I come back from hols.
