Symptoms, not that I can think of any, I really was convinced AF was on the way, slight back ache, dull crampish pains, having strops (that would explain throwing the tests back in the box without fully waiting lol). Feeling grand at the moment - long may it continue !

Haven't gone nesr the doctor yet - may pop over on Monday and get the ball rolling.

Lmum-there's no way dh or I would be able for every 2nd night for a month (or more), besides being wrecjed I'd get bored

LMum the taughts of every 2nd day.... I enjoy the break from DTD when my cycle starts. How bad does that sound??

Sometimes by the time we go to bed I'm too wrecked. I'm a lightweight when it comes to staying up late, but DH stays up reading or on internet or watching TV so when he comes to bed I'm nearly alway's asleep.

We've started DTD in the mornings now, and this sounds terrible but I've started to feel like it's great getting it out of the way! Does anyone else feel like they only DTD to get PG? It's terrible I can't even remember when we used to just DTD for fun. Even during D-ingTD I'm thinking "god I hope it works this time" instead of what I should be thinking like "I'm really enjoying this"!!!! Anyway one of the girls that used to be on this thread thinks that DTD in the morning is what worked for her. She got PG when she DTD on the morning of + opk.

I'm exactly the same CRD . It does become a bit of a chore. I think dtd in the morning worked for me on my 1st. Not a hope in hell of it happening now, sleep is way too precious. DH would tell me where to go if I touched him before 9am

I have been actively ttc for 14 months now ie - using opks etc. Am on clomid & metformin to help me ovulate, so hoping i will get the bfp i have been praying for

I'm coming back properly now! I see that others have joined us since I last posted, welcome to all and may you all have a short stay here.

we're going to give the TTC another go and (probably stupidly) just ignore the fact that my obs said to wait until I had a normal AF first I feel that this way at least I'm doing something. The only problem is that DH is off to the doctor tomorrow with an erm... 'man's problem' and I think I may have CM. (what a fabulous amount of TMI in one feel swoop there!!) so I'd say we're out before we've even started this month. Anyway, I'm back on the wagon and looking forward to the chat!

I'm not going to put myself on the list because I've no idea how to even begin counting this cycle. Will have a better idea once AF arrives I suppose, whenever that will be....

Ah welcome back monkeyboots. Fairplay to you. I think you are right to start TTC straight away. My friend had a MC and got PG before her next AF arrived and now she is due a baby tomorrow!!! Good luck to you and your DH.

Welcome Romy, I've been TTCing #1 for around the same time as you. Did your GP put you on Clomid? At what stage did you go to your GP? I still haven't gone, but I've set a date that if it doesn't happen by Jan I'll book an appointment. Good luck to you and I hope you get your BFP very soon.

LMum, every 2nd day...holy god, id be sick of it, my sis tried every nite one of the months she was trying and it didnt work, only thing that happened was she got sick of it, following month she said she was giving it a break, had problem with wisdom tooth, had to get it taken out so baby making wasnt even on her mind.....guess what....thats the month she managed to get pg...lol, shes due end jan now...cant wait..

congrats to LOMO and Babymoon2!! I might have to move to another board soon, got a BFP yesterday.............. I cant believe it TBH, after taking over a year for DD its only taken 4 months for this one. DH is so relieved, poor guy, he is just not up to the SMEP at all!! I have my fingers crossed for everyone this month.

All ok here, started the SMEP, but don't know if its going to work. DTD weds night and dh is home tonight, but he has a match over the weekend.

I'm not using opks, so is it basically every 2nd night for a week, and maybe 2 nights in a row? God, we'll be wrecked!

CD16 for me. Got the egg symbol on my monitor so looks like I'm about to OV. Mad that I OV later then I thaught. I alway's get light cramping around CD14 so I presumed that was when I OV. But now with this monitor it's telling me I OV later then that!!! I've covered all basis I think. I'll make sure to get one in tonight and tomorrow

CD9 for me, not following SMEP but obviously trying to dtd every second night or as much as possible, have had a good week of it this week of course when not important so will see how Dh holds up next week when the going gets tough...had ewcm yesterday and today, just small bits I noticed when wiped (sorry far tmi there! ) is this what ye all talk about when on about cm?

I have updated the list again and please girls a little lesson for ye, if a day or two has passed since list was last updated and you are updating it for yourself you also have to adjust everyone else’s cycle day otherwise list is wrong, ta Hope I have it right

Broome - I really hope you get a sticky this month. That's exactly what we mean by cm. I certainly don't go looking for it, it's just whatever can be seem when wiping or on knickers (way tmi but that's what this thread is for)

I still haven't counted up my cd's so don't know exactly where I am. Still trying not to think of it but of course not succeeding fully. I keep thinking that I'm feeling a bit crampy and therefore might be pregnant, but of course have to slap myself and tell myself to cop on. This ttc lark really makes you a bitcrazy

Does anyone have anything nice planned for the weekend? My highlight will be bringing DS to kidzone tomorrow. Trying to split ds and dd up over the weekend to give them both some quality time.

Im so confused so if anyone can throw some light on whats happening to me.. Im CD23 and today i feel like AF is on way, sore boobs, which i never get and Loads of CM Could i be ovulating, i dont know when in my cycle this month i ovualted so just been doing it every 2nd day since about day 11 should i keep at it just incase im ovulating late? or maybe my AF is on the way, but what about the CM?

thanks everyone! I feel OK so far, a bit tired but no sickness so far. I have a scan on the 22nd of December so we will not tell anyone till then.

Re the strips, I think for the ovulating ones mine recommended trying between 10am and 2pm, I could be wrong though.....

girls im a bit confused im CD24 and im getting cramping like wither ovulating or af on way... my cycle is usually 30/31 days what do you think it could be?

When do you think you ov'ed Tag? It could be implantation or a shorter cycle than usual. Do you normally have cramping before af? It's hard not to read into every twinge while ttc. I 'm driving myself mad!

I am cd28 today and am still none the wiser have had loads of cm this morning...just dont get what this is??
I am due af around friday, sat I think..... is it normal to have cm around now???

Its cd12 for me today, and I've been getting cramps, is this me ov'ing? No cm yet, but I'm on knicker watch .

I'm starting to get a bit obsessed now, and trying to calm down a bit. Just want to relax and enjoy this time. Don't want dtd to turn into a job, like someone else said.
